Q5: I can not run on MacOSX retail, picture does not refresh.

A5: To use HexaSuper2 on OSX retail,

  1. Open "Classic" in "SystemPreferences".
  2. Start Classic environment.
  3. Remove the file "ClassicRAVE" from extension folder in system folder of OS9.1.
  4. Then start HexaSuper2.

"ClassicRAVE" appears everytime you start classic environment. So, you have to do this everytime you start MacOSX. And, Please do not install QuickDraw3D1.5.x to Classic environment.

Q3: I want to use HexaSuper2 on MacOSX public beta.

A3: If you want to use HexaSuper2 on MacOSX now, remove five files, "QD3DCustonElements","QuickDraw3D","QuickDraw3D IR","QuickDraw3D RAVE","QuickDraw3D Viewer" from extension folder. Then, install QuickDraw3D1.5.x.

Q2: I can see some broken characters in the resource of HexaSuper2. Is it a bug ?

A2: As you see, there are some Kanji(Japanese) characters in the resource. But all of them are only for debug. You never see them while using HexaSuper2, and they have no effects in HexaSuper2. Never mind.

Q1: When I import a file in DXF format into STRATA Pro or Vision3D, shapes are displayed with stiff edges and faces. What can I do to solve this problem?

A1: Shapes exported from HexaSuper2 in DXF format and then imported into STRATA Pro or Vision3D, may be displayed with stiff edges and faces. When this occurs carry out the procedure below that corresponds to the software being used. (Note that doing so will result in the color data being lost.)
STRATA Pro 2.5
Select the imported shape, then convert it by choosing Modeling > Geometry Change > Polygon Mesh.
Vision3D 5.5
Select the imported shape, then choose Modeling > Modify Face > Smoothing.
